The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions under which we offer dietary supplements and holistic care services for sale, as well as the ordering, payment, delivery, and withdrawal procedures.

3. Products and services

3.1. Wellness products and food supplements

We offer a selection of dietary supplements and wellness products. Each product comes with a descriptive sheet presenting its essential features. The product photos are non-contractual and are provided for informational purposes.

3.2. Holistic care

We offer holistic care services (reflexology, pranic healing, massages, etc.). Information about the treatments, their benefits, and their durations is available on our site. Results vary from person to person.

4. Price

All product and service prices are indicated in CFA and include VAT. Delivery charges, if applicable, are added before order confirmation. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but products and services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

5. Order

5.1. Order conditions

Product orders and care reservations can be made directly on our website. Any order is confirmed once payment has been made. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read the essential characteristics of the products or services.

5.2. Order confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent to you by email after validation. We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of payment issues or insufficient stock.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, and other secure payment solutions available on our site. All transactions are secured by an encryption protocol (SSL) to ensure the confidentiality of your data.

7. Delivery

7.1. Delivery terms

Delivery of dietary supplements is ensured in Togo, West Africa, and, if applicable, in certain foreign countries. Delivery times are indicated at the time of ordering and may vary depending on the destination.

7.2. Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. They are specified before the order is confirmed.

7.3. Delivery delay or problem

In case of delayed delivery, we will inform you by email. If the delay exceeds 30 days, you may request the cancellation of the order and a full refund. If a package arrives damaged or incomplete, you must report the issue to the carrier and our customer service within 48 hours.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

8.1. Exclusions

Opened products, whether used or not sealed, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, reserved holistic treatments are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation 24 hours before the appointment.

8.2. Return conditions

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email of your decision to return the product. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The products must be returned in their original condition. The refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned products.

9. Responsability

We strive to provide accurate information about our products and services. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our dietary supplements or treatments, especially if they are used outside the advice of a healthcare professional.

10. Protection of personal data

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We use your data to process your orders and improve our services. Your data will never be shared for commercial purposes without your consent.

11. Disputes and applicable law

The present Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, you may refer the matter to the competent courts of Lome - Togo. You also have the option to resort to a consumer mediator.
