At Holistic Care and Well-Being, we are committed to providing a quality customer experience, whether for purchasing dietary supplements or for our holistic care services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or service, our refund policy is here to guide you on the next steps.

1. Products - Dietary Supplements

1.1 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

1.2 Refund conditions

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, along with any accessories and instructions. Any damaged, opened, or incomplete product cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.

1.3 Return Procedure

1. Contact our customer service at contact@frederic-tanan.com, stating your order number and the details of the product you wish to return.

2. After validating your request, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

3. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or error on our part.

1.4 Repayment period

Once the product has been returned and inspected by our team, you will be refunded within 14 days from the receipt of the package. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

2. Services - Holistic Care

2.1 Appointment Cancellation

If you have booked a holistic treatment (reflexology, pranic healing, massage, etc.), you can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance free of charge. To do this, please contact our team by phone or email.

2.2 No-show or late cancellation

In case of cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-show, the amount for the treatment will be charged in full and will not be refundable. We understand that unforeseen events may occur, which is why we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible for any changes to your appointment.

2.3 Refund in case of dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a holistic treatment for a valid reason, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment to discuss options. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory solution (partial refund, offer of another treatment, etc.).

3. Defective products or order error

In the event that you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the order. We will offer you an exchange, a refund, or the shipment of a correct product, and the return costs will be covered by us.

4. Exceptions

Custom or tailor-made products, as well as holistic treatments already performed, are not eligible for reimbursement, except in cases of a problem due to an error on our part or in exceptional circumstances.
